Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Katherine moved to South Florida to study and received a degree in Marketing & Finance from Florida Atlantic University. She began her real estate career in new development sales in an exclusive Boca Raton community and quickly progressed to work with top South Florida developers in search of land sites for future development.

Katherine uses her knowledge of the luxury beach area market and incredible talent to create luxe marketing collateral for The Exclusive Group. An avid traveler, Katherine has been able to meet with some of the industry’s top producers around the world. Interacting with agents in both the national and international luxury markets has helped Katherine develop a keen eye for what captivates the attention of buyers across the globe.

Katherine is married to Nicholas Malinosky, Exclusive Group senior partner. They reside in the coastal Town of Ocean Ridge with their two young daughters. Katherine is dedicated to making a difference in her community through charitable works and serves on committees at various local organizations. Nick and Katherine enjoy tennis, golf, skiing and traveling to their favorite destinations here and abroad with her family.
