A licensed real estate attorney and Miami-native, Dana redefines what white glove real estate service means for today’s luxury market. With deep roots in the community, Dana grew up on La Gorce Island and her family has lived on Miami Beach for more than 80 years. Dana attended The Hebrew Academy and The Hillel Community Day School and went on to graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from The George Washington University. Dana then graduated magna cum laude from The University of Miami School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. As a young attorney, Dana served as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County where she prosecuted criminal cases and advocated for justice on behalf of hundreds of victims. Before transitioning to real estate sales, Dana practiced residential and commercial real estate law at two Miami-based law firms and title companies where she handled all aspects of a real estate transaction from contract to closing. Her unique legal experience, educational background and attention to detail enable her to skillfully draft contracts, negotiate deals and participate in and monitor the title process, working closely with attorneys, mortgage brokers, the city and other necessary third parties in order to facilitate and expedite closings in a manner most seamless and beneficial to her clients.
